Dr. Noreena Lau was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area in northern California. From the very first pigeon she saw from her stroller, her love of animals was born and she never looked back. She headed to upstate New York to earn her undergraduate degree in animal science from Cornell University, then across the pond to the UK for her vet degree from the Royal Veterinary College in London. Now an avid tea-drinker, she is proud to be part of the coolest clinic in Austin.

Dr. Lau particularly enjoys internal and preventative medicine. She strives to practice with patience, kindness and respect for all, and loves witnessing the bond between Austin’s pets and their people. Since moving to Texas, Dr. Lau has been reading historical plaques around town and is still trying to spot an armadillo. She shares her home with her partner and scruffy rescue dog, Sunny. The unofficial mascot of PAZ East, Sunny can be found wearing bright blue shoes and begging for treats at every coffee shop.
